The lab serves to accelerate testing, compliance, and integration to transition commercial software into SBIR/STTR awards and programs of record. By boosting adoption rates for the Kronos Family of Systems (FoS) and commercial partners, we will identify organizations who can deliver capable solutions, funded capabilities, and Decision Advantage to the Warfighter.

Our Mission is to accelerate the delivery of space battle management solutions to the Warfighter. Through our four stage approach, we decompose kill chains, prioritize needs from operators, map solutions to focus areas, and onboard tech to existing platforms quickly. We partner with industry, academia, and across our Government partners to deliver software solutions.

Stage 0Communicate Gap | Solicit Commercial Talent

Solicit commercial solutions and create focus area cohort teams (FACTs) to fill Program of Record (PoR) gaps.

Stage 1Assessment & Viability

Evaluate the effectiveness of the proposed commercial capability against the specified Focus Area.

Stage 2Maturation & Compliance

Maturing the commercial software solution to meet the specified Focus Area in a simulated environment.

Battle Damage Indications / Assessment

Improve Battle Damage Indications (BDI) and Battle Damage Assessment (BDA) by accelerating the collection, fusion, analysis, and dissemination of multi-source data to deliver faster, higher-confidence operational assessments across the Tasking, Collection, Processing, Exploitation, and Dissemination (TCPED) lifecycle.
